CVE-2025-0312 | 2025-03-20 | N/A
A vulnerability in ollama/ollama versions <=0.3.14 allows a malicious user to create a customized GGUF model file that, when uploaded and created on the Ollama server, can cause a crash due to an unchecked null pointer dereference. This can lead to a Denial of Service (DoS) attack via remote network.
CVE-2024-46922 | 2025-03-20 | 7.5 High
An issue was discovered in Samsung Mobile Processor Exynos 1480 and 2400. The absence of a null check leads to a Denial of Service at amdgpu_cs_parser_bos in the Xclipse Driver.
CVE-2023-37033 | 1 Linuxfoundation | 1 Magma | 2025-03-20 | 6.5 Medium |
A Null pointer dereference vulnerability in the Mobile Management Entity (MME) in Magma <= 1.8.0 (fixed in v1.9 commit 08472ba98b8321f802e95f5622fa90fec2dea486) allows network-adjacent attackers to crash the MME via an S1AP `Initial UE Message` packet missing an expected `EUTRAN_CGI` field.
CVE-2023-23004 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-03-19 | 5.5 Medium |
In the Linux kernel before 5.19, drivers/gpu/drm/arm/malidp_planes.c misinterprets the get_sg_table return value (expects it to be NULL in the error case, whereas it is actually an error pointer).
CVE-2023-23006 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-03-19 | 5.5 Medium |
In the Linux kernel before 5.15.13, drivers/net/ethernet/mellanox/mlx5/core/steering/dr_domain.c misinterprets the mlx5_get_uars_page return value (expects it to be NULL in the error case, whereas it is actually an error pointer).
CVE-2023-23005 | 2 Linux, Suse | 2 Linux Kernel, Linux Enterprise Server | 2025-03-19 | 5.5 Medium |
In the Linux kernel before 6.2, mm/memory-tiers.c misinterprets the alloc_memory_type return value (expects it to be NULL in the error case, whereas it is actually an error pointer). NOTE: this is disputed by third parties because there are no realistic cases in which a user can cause the alloc_memory_type error case to be reached.
CVE-2021-47140 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-03-19 | 5.3 Medium |
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/amd: Clear DMA ops when switching domain Since commit 08a27c1c3ecf ("iommu: Add support to change default domain of an iommu group") a user can switch a device between IOMMU and direct DMA through sysfs. This doesn't work for AMD IOMMU at the moment because dev->dma_ops is not cleared when switching from a DMA to an identity IOMMU domain. The DMA layer thus attempts to use the dma-iommu ops on an identity domain, causing an oops: # echo 0000:00:05.0 > /sys/sys/bus/pci/drivers/e1000e/unbind # echo identity > /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:00:05.0/iommu_group/type # echo 0000:00:05.0 > /sys/sys/bus/pci/drivers/e1000e/bind ... BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 0000000000000028 ... Call Trace: iommu_dma_alloc e1000e_setup_tx_resources e1000e_open Since iommu_change_dev_def_domain() calls probe_finalize() again, clear the dma_ops there like Vt-d does.
CVE-2023-28328 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus and 1 more | 2025-03-19 | 5.5 Medium |
A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in the az6027 driver in drivers/media/usb/dev-usb/az6027.c in the Linux Kernel. The message from user space is not checked properly before transferring into the device. This flaw allows a local user to crash the system or potentially cause a denial of service.
CVE-2023-28327 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2025-03-19 | 5.5 Medium |
A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in the UNIX protocol in net/unix/diag.c In unix_diag_get_exact in the Linux Kernel. The newly allocated skb does not have sk, leading to a NULL pointer. This flaw allows a local user to crash or potentially cause a denial of service.
CVE-2023-1382 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus and 1 more | 2025-03-19 | 4.7 Medium |
A data race flaw was found in the Linux kernel, between where con is allocated and con->sock is set. This issue leads to a NULL pointer dereference when accessing con->sock->sk in net/tipc/topsrv.c in the tipc protocol in the Linux kernel.
CVE-2023-52508 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2025-03-19 | 5.5 Medium |
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme-fc: Prevent null pointer dereference in nvme_fc_io_getuuid() The nvme_fc_fcp_op structure describing an AEN operation is initialized with a null request structure pointer. An FC LLDD may make a call to nvme_fc_io_getuuid passing a pointer to an nvmefc_fcp_req for an AEN operation. Add validation of the request structure pointer before dereference.
CVE-2023-37031 | 1 Linuxfoundation | 1 Magma | 2025-03-19 | 6.5 Medium |
A Null pointer dereference vulnerability in the Mobile Management Entity (MME) in Magma <= 1.8.0 (fixed in v1.9 commit 08472ba98b8321f802e95f5622fa90fec2dea486) allows network-adjacent attackers to crash the MME via an S1AP `eNB Configuration Transfer` packet missing its required `Target eNB ID` field.
CVE-2024-45239 | 1 Nicmx | 1 Fort-validator | 2025-03-19 | 7.5 High |
An issue was discovered in Fort before 1.6.3. A malicious RPKI repository that descends from a (trusted) Trust Anchor can serve (via rsync or RRDP) an ROA or a Manifest containing a null eContent field. Fort dereferences the pointer without sanitizing it first. Because Fort is an RPKI Relying Party, a crash can lead to Route Origin Validation unavailability, which can lead to compromised routing.
CVE-2024-24445 | 2025-03-18 | 6.5 Medium
OpenAirInterface CN5G AMF (oai-cn5g-amf) <= 2.0.0 contains a null dereference in its handling of unsupported NGAP protocol messages which allows an attacker with network-adjacent access to the AMF to carry out denial of service. When a procedure code/presence field tuple is received that is unsupported, OAI indexes into a null function pointer and subsequently dereferences it.
CVE-2023-37036 | 1 Linuxfoundation | 1 Magma | 2025-03-18 | 6.5 Medium |
A Null pointer dereference vulnerability in the Mobile Management Entity (MME) in Magma <= 1.8.0 (fixed in v1.9 commit 08472ba98b8321f802e95f5622fa90fec2dea486) allows network-adjacent attackers to crash the MME via an S1AP `Uplink NAS Transport` packet missing an expected `ENB_UE_S1AP_ID` field.
CVE-2021-44923 | 1 Gpac | 1 Gpac | 2025-03-18 | 5.5 Medium |
A null pointer dereference vulnerability exists in gpac 1.1.0 in the gf_dump_vrml_dyn_field.isra function, which causes a segmentation fault and application crash. |
