CVE-2019-9948 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 18 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 15 more | 2024-11-21 | 9.1 Critical |
urllib in Python 2.x through 2.7.16 supports the local_file: scheme, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass protection mechanisms that blacklist file: URIs, as demonstrated by triggering a urllib.urlopen('local_file:///etc/passwd') call.
CVE-2019-9947 | 2 Python, Redhat | 8 Python, Ansible Tower, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.1 Medium |
An issue was discovered in urllib2 in Python 2.x through 2.7.16 and urllib in Python 3.x through 3.7.3. CRLF injection is possible if the attacker controls a url parameter, as demonstrated by the first argument to urllib.request.urlopen with \r\n (specifically in the path component of a URL that lacks a ? character) followed by an HTTP header or a Redis command. This is similar to the CVE-2019-9740 query string issue. This is fixed in: v2.7.17, v2.7.17rc1, v2.7.18, v2.7.18rc1; v3.5.10, v3.5.10rc1, v3.5.8, v3.5.8rc1, v3.5.8rc2, v3.5.9; v3.6.10, v3.6.10rc1, v3.6.11, v3.6.11rc1, v3.6.12, v3.6.9, v3.6.9rc1; v3.7.4, v3.7.4rc1, v3.7.4rc2, v3.7.5, v3.7.5rc1, v3.7.6, v3.7.6rc1, v3.7.7, v3.7.7rc1, v3.7.8, v3.7.8rc1, v3.7.9.

rbash in Bash before 4.4-beta2 did not prevent the shell user from modifying BASH_CMDS, thus allowing the user to execute any command with the permissions of the shell.
CVE-2019-9740 | 2 Python, Redhat | 8 Python, Ansible Tower, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.1 Medium |
An issue was discovered in urllib2 in Python 2.x through 2.7.16 and urllib in Python 3.x through 3.7.3. CRLF injection is possible if the attacker controls a url parameter, as demonstrated by the first argument to urllib.request.urlopen with \r\n (specifically in the query string after a ? character) followed by an HTTP header or a Redis command. This is fixed in: v2.7.17, v2.7.17rc1, v2.7.18, v2.7.18rc1; v3.5.10, v3.5.10rc1, v3.5.8, v3.5.8rc1, v3.5.8rc2, v3.5.9; v3.6.10, v3.6.10rc1, v3.6.11, v3.6.11rc1, v3.6.12, v3.6.9, v3.6.9rc1; v3.7.4, v3.7.4rc1, v3.7.4rc2, v3.7.5, v3.7.5rc1, v3.7.6, v3.7.6rc1, v3.7.7, v3.7.7rc1, v3.7.8, v3.7.8rc1, v3.7.9.
CVE-2019-9636 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 21 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 18 more | 2024-11-21 | 9.8 Critical |
Python 2.7.x through 2.7.16 and 3.x through 3.7.2 is affected by: Improper Handling of Unicode Encoding (with an incorrect netloc) during NFKC normalization. The impact is: Information disclosure (credentials, cookies, etc. that are cached against a given hostname). The components are: urllib.parse.urlsplit, urllib.parse.urlparse. The attack vector is: A specially crafted URL could be incorrectly parsed to locate cookies or authentication data and send that information to a different host than when parsed correctly. This is fixed in: v2.7.17, v2.7.17rc1, v2.7.18, v2.7.18rc1; v3.5.10, v3.5.10rc1, v3.5.7, v3.5.8, v3.5.8rc1, v3.5.8rc2, v3.5.9; v3.6.10, v3.6.10rc1, v3.6.11, v3.6.11rc1, v3.6.12, v3.6.9, v3.6.9rc1; v3.7.3, v3.7.3rc1, v3.7.4, v3.7.4rc1, v3.7.4rc2, v3.7.5, v3.7.5rc1, v3.7.6, v3.7.6rc1, v3.7.7, v3.7.7rc1, v3.7.8, v3.7.8rc1, v3.7.9.
CVE-2019-9506 | 8 Apple, Blackberry, Canonical and 5 more | 280 Iphone Os, Mac Os X, Tvos and 277 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.1 High |
The Bluetooth BR/EDR specification up to and including version 5.1 permits sufficiently low encryption key length and does not prevent an attacker from influencing the key length negotiation. This allows practical brute-force attacks (aka "KNOB") that can decrypt traffic and inject arbitrary ciphertext without the victim noticing.
CVE-2019-9454 | 2 Google, Redhat | 7 Android, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 4 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.7 Medium |
In the Android kernel in i2c driver there is a possible out of bounds write due to memory corruption. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with System execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2019-8325 | 4 Debian, Opensuse, Redhat and 1 more | 9 Debian Linux, Leap, Cloudforms Managementengine and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
An issue was discovered in RubyGems 2.6 and later through 3.0.2. Since Gem::CommandManager#run calls alert_error without escaping, escape sequence injection is possible. (There are many ways to cause an error.)
CVE-2019-8324 | 4 Debian, Opensuse, Redhat and 1 more | 9 Debian Linux, Leap, Cloudforms Managementengine and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.8 High |
An issue was discovered in RubyGems 2.6 and later through 3.0.2. A crafted gem with a multi-line name is not handled correctly. Therefore, an attacker could inject arbitrary code to the stub line of gemspec, which is eval-ed by code in ensure_loadable_spec during the preinstall check.
CVE-2019-8323 | 4 Debian, Opensuse, Redhat and 1 more | 9 Debian Linux, Leap, Cloudforms Managementengine and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
An issue was discovered in RubyGems 2.6 and later through 3.0.2. Gem::GemcutterUtilities#with_response may output the API response to stdout as it is. Therefore, if the API side modifies the response, escape sequence injection may occur.
CVE-2019-8322 | 4 Debian, Opensuse, Redhat and 1 more | 9 Debian Linux, Leap, Cloudforms Managementengine and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
An issue was discovered in RubyGems 2.6 and later through 3.0.2. The gem owner command outputs the contents of the API response directly to stdout. Therefore, if the response is crafted, escape sequence injection may occur.
CVE-2019-8321 | 4 Debian, Opensuse, Redhat and 1 more | 9 Debian Linux, Leap, Cloudforms Managementengine and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
An issue was discovered in RubyGems 2.6 and later through 3.0.2. Since Gem::UserInteraction#verbose calls say without escaping, escape sequence injection is possible.
CVE-2019-7221 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 20 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 17 more | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
The KVM implementation in the Linux kernel through 4.20.5 has a Use-after-Free.
CVE-2019-6974 | 5 Canonical, Debian, F5 and 2 more | 29 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Big-ip Access Policy Manager and 26 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.1 High |
In the Linux kernel before 4.20.8, kvm_ioctl_create_device in virt/kvm/kvm_main.c mishandles reference counting because of a race condition, leading to a use-after-free. |
