CVE-2022-43922 | 2 Ibm, Redhat | 2 App Connect Enterprise Certified Container, Openshift | 2025-03-26 | 5.3 Medium |
IBM App Connect Enterprise Certified Container 4.1, 4.2, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 6.0, 6.1, and 6.2 could disclose sensitive information to an attacker due to a weak hash of an API Key in the configuration. IBM X-Force ID: 241583.
CVE-2024-9355 | 1 Redhat | 21 Amq Streams, Ansible Automation Platform, Container Native Virtualization and 18 more | 2025-03-26 | 6.5 Medium |
A vulnerability was found in Golang FIPS OpenSSL. This flaw allows a malicious user to randomly cause an uninitialized buffer length variable with a zeroed buffer to be returned in FIPS mode. It may also be possible to force a false positive match between non-equal hashes when comparing a trusted computed hmac sum to an untrusted input sum if an attacker can send a zeroed buffer in place of a pre-computed sum. It is also possible to force a derived key to be all zeros instead of an unpredictable value. This may have follow-on implications for the Go TLS stack.
CVE-2024-1725 | 1 Redhat | 6 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform, Openshift Container Platform For Arm64 and 3 more | 2025-03-26 | 6.5 Medium |
A flaw was found in the kubevirt-csi component of OpenShift Virtualization's Hosted Control Plane (HCP). This issue could allow an authenticated attacker to gain access to the root HCP worker node's volume by creating a custom Persistent Volume that matches the name of a worker node.
CVE-2022-41731 | 2 Ibm, Redhat | 2 Watson Knowledge Catalog On Cloud Pak For Data, Openshift | 2025-03-25 | 8.6 High |
IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog on Cloud Pak for Data 4.5.0 is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially crafted SQL statements, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database. IBM X-Force ID: 237402.
CVE-2022-42439 | 4 Ibm, Linux, Microsoft and 1 more | 6 Aix, App Connect Enterprise, App Connect Enterprise Certified Container and 3 more | 2025-03-25 | 6.8 Medium |
IBM App Connect Enterprise 11.0.0.17 through 11.0.0.19 and 12.0.4.0 and 12.0.5.0 contains an unspecified vulnerability in the Discovery Connector nodes which may cause a 3rd party system’s credentials to be exposed to a privileged attacker. IBM X-Force ID: 238211.
CVE-2024-1394 | 1 Redhat | 23 Ansible Automation Platform, Ansible Automation Platform Developer, Ansible Automation Platform Inside and 20 more | 2025-03-25 | 7.5 High |
A memory leak flaw was found in Golang in the RSA encrypting/decrypting code, which might lead to a resource exhaustion vulnerability using attacker-controlled inputs. The memory leak happens in github.com/golang-fips/openssl/openssl/rsa.go#L113. The objects leaked are pkey and ctx. That function uses named return parameters to free pkey and ctx if there is an error initializing the context or setting the different properties. All return statements related to error cases follow the "return nil, nil, fail(...)" pattern, meaning that pkey and ctx will be nil inside the deferred function that should free them.
CVE-2025-0678 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 4 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2025-03-25 | 7.8 High |
A flaw was found in grub2. When reading data from a squash4 filesystem, grub's squash4 fs module uses user-controlled parameters from the filesystem geometry to determine the internal buffer size, however, it improperly checks for integer overflows. A maliciously crafted filesystem may lead some of those buffer size calculations to overflow, causing it to perform a grub_malloc() operation with a smaller size than expected. As a result, the direct_read() will perform a heap based out-of-bounds write during data reading. This flaw may be leveraged to corrupt grub's internal critical data and may result in arbitrary code execution, by-passing secure boot protections.
CVE-2024-45782 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 4 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2025-03-25 | 7.8 High |
A flaw was found in the HFS filesystem. When reading an HFS volume's name at grub_fs_mount(), the HFS filesystem driver performs a strcpy() using the user-provided volume name as input without properly validating the volume name's length. This issue may read to a heap-based out-of-bounds writer, impacting grub's sensitive data integrity and eventually leading to a secure boot protection bypass.
CVE-2024-45779 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 3 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-03-25 | 6 Medium |
An integer overflow flaw was found in the BFS file system driver in grub2. When reading a file with an indirect extent map, grub2 fails to validate the number of extent entries to be read. A crafted or corrupted BFS filesystem may cause an integer overflow during the file reading, leading to a heap of bounds read. As a consequence, sensitive data may be leaked, or grub2 will crash.
CVE-2024-11831 | 1 Redhat | 35 Acm, Advanced Cluster Security, Ansible Automation Platform and 32 more | 2025-03-24 | 5.4 Medium |
A flaw was found in npm-serialize-javascript. The vulnerability occurs because the serialize-javascript module does not properly sanitize certain inputs, such as regex or other JavaScript object types, allowing an attacker to inject malicious code. This code could be executed when deserialized by a web browser, causing Cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. This issue is critical in environments where serialized data is sent to web clients, potentially compromising the security of the website or web application using this package.
CVE-2025-26466 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Openbsd and 1 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Openssh and 2 more | 2025-03-21 | 5.9 Medium |
A flaw was found in the OpenSSH package. For each ping packet the SSH server receives, a pong packet is allocated in a memory buffer and stored in a queue of packages. It is only freed when the server/client key exchange has finished. A malicious client may keep sending such packages, leading to an uncontrolled increase in memory consumption on the server side. Consequently, the server may become unavailable, resulting in a denial of service attack.
CVE-2023-25725 | 3 Debian, Haproxy, Redhat | 6 Debian Linux, Haproxy, Ceph Storage and 3 more | 2025-03-20 | 9.1 Critical |
HAProxy before 2.7.3 may allow a bypass of access control because HTTP/1 headers are inadvertently lost in some situations, aka "request smuggling." The HTTP header parsers in HAProxy may accept empty header field names, which could be used to truncate the list of HTTP headers and thus make some headers disappear after being parsed and processed for HTTP/1.0 and HTTP/1.1. For HTTP/2 and HTTP/3, the impact is limited because the headers disappear before being parsed and processed, as if they had not been sent by the client. The fixed versions are 2.7.3, 2.6.9, 2.5.12, 2.4.22, 2.2.29, and 2.0.31.
CVE-2024-12698 | 1 Redhat | 1 Openshift | 2025-03-20 | 6.5 Medium |
An incomplete fix for ose-olm-catalogd-container was issued for the Rapid Reset Vulnerability (CVE-2023-39325/CVE-2023-44487) where only unauthenticated streams were protected, not streams created by authenticated sources.
CVE-2024-3727 | 1 Redhat | 18 Acm, Advanced Cluster Security, Ansible Automation Platform and 15 more | 2025-03-20 | 8.3 High |
A flaw was found in the github.com/containers/image library. This flaw allows attackers to trigger unexpected authenticated registry accesses on behalf of a victim user, causing resource exhaustion, local path traversal, and other attacks.
CVE-2024-9675 | 2 Buildah Project, Redhat | 21 Buildah, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 18 more | 2025-03-20 | 7.8 High |
A vulnerability was found in Buildah. Cache mounts do not properly validate that user-specified paths for the cache are within our cache directory, allowing a `RUN` instruction in a Container file to mount an arbitrary directory from the host (read/write) into the container as long as those files can be accessed by the user running Buildah.
CVE-2024-11218 | 1 Redhat | 7 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Ironic and 4 more | 2025-03-20 | 8.6 High |
A vulnerability was found in `podman build` and `buildah.` This issue occurs in a container breakout by using --jobs=2 and a race condition when building a malicious Containerfile. SELinux might mitigate it, but even with SELinux on, it still allows the enumeration of files and directories on the host.
CVE-2024-12085 | 1 Redhat | 8 Enterprise Linux, Logging, Openshift and 5 more | 2025-03-20 | 7.5 High |
A flaw was found in rsync which could be triggered when rsync compares file checksums. This flaw allows an attacker to manipulate the checksum length (s2length) to cause a comparison between a checksum and uninitialized memory and leak one byte of uninitialized stack data at a time.
CVE-2024-0874 | 1 Redhat | 3 Acm, Logging, Openshift | 2025-03-20 | 5.3 Medium |
A flaw was found in coredns. This issue could lead to invalid cache entries returning due to incorrectly implemented caching.
CVE-2024-9676 | 1 Redhat | 20 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Enterprise Linux For Arm 64 and 17 more | 2025-03-20 | 6.5 Medium |
A vulnerability was found in Podman, Buildah, and CRI-O. A symlink traversal vulnerability in the containers/storage library can cause Podman, Buildah, and CRI-O to hang and result in a denial of service via OOM kill when running a malicious image using an automatically assigned user namespace (`--userns=auto` in Podman and Buildah). The containers/storage library will read /etc/passwd inside the container, but does not properly validate if that file is a symlink, which can be used to cause the library to read an arbitrary file on the host.
CVE-2024-45783 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-03-19 | 4.4 Medium |
A flaw was found in grub2. When failing to mount an HFS+ grub, the hfsplus filesystem driver doesn't properly set an ERRNO value. This issue may lead to a NULL pointer access. |
